Judicial Officer Ashish Naithani elevated as Judge of Uttarakhand HC

The Union Government on Monday (06.01.2025) notified the appointment of Judicial Officer Ashish Naithani as a Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court.

The Supreme Court collegium on December 22, 2024 approved the proposal to elevate Judicial Officer Ashish Naithani as Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court and sent the recommendations to the President.
