Jose Mohan appointed as IG, CISF

Senior IPS officer Jose Mohan (IPS:2002:RJ) was on Friday (21.01.2022) appointed as Inspector General (IG) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) for a period of five years. According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Mohan has been appointed to the post on deputation for a period of five years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Prior to this assignment, he was serving as Jodhpur Police Commissioner.
