Mamta Verma (IInfoS:1994), who is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, has been prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (December 31, 2025), the competent authority has approved her premature repatriation on personal grounds, with the imposition of an extended cooling-off condition.
