West Bengal cadre IAS officer Vivek Bhardwaj (IAS:1990:WB) has been posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Health and Medical Education Department replacing Atal Dulloo (IAS:1989:AGMUT). Recently, he was given inter cadre deputation from West Bengal cadre to AGMUT (J&K segment) and this is his first posting in Jammu and Kashmir.
