J&K: Two IPS officers shifted, Nitish Kumar is new IG, CID

The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered transfer and posting of two IPS officers in the Union Territory.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Nitish Kumar (IPS:1999:J&K), awaiting orders of posting, is posted as IG, CID, J&K.
2. Mahendra Nath Tiwari (IPS:2004:J&K), IG, CID, is tramsferred and posted as IG, Armed, Jammu
