The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered transfer and posting of two IPS officers in the Union Territory.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- Nitish Kumar (IPS:1999:J&K), awaiting orders of posting, is posted as IG, CID, J&K.
- Mahendra Nath Tiwari (IPS:2004:J&K), IG, CID, is tramsferred and posted as IG, Armed, Jammu
