J&K : Shridhar Patil deputed to Ladakh, two IPS officers get addl. charge

The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday (18.10.2021) deputed an IPS officer to Ladakh and assigned additional charge to two other officers.

Dinesh Rana (IPS:1996:J&K), ADGP, Coordination in Police Headquarters, Jammu and Kashmir, has been assigned additional charge of the post of Commandant General, Home Guards /Civil Defence & SDRF, Jammu and Kashmir.

Shridhar Patil (IPS:2010:J&K), SSP CID (Counter Intelligence) Jammu has been sent on deputation to the Union Territory of Ladakh as SSP Leh Rajiv Omprakash Pande (IPS:2010:J&K) has proceeded on deputation to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Shahid Mehraj Rather, Commandant IR 6th battalion will hold the charge of the post of SSP Armed PCR Kashmir in addition to his own duties.
