J&K : 16 IAS officers including 7 DCs transferred

The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday (March 16) announced the transfer of 16 IAS officers in the state. As many as 07 Deputy Commissioners were shifted in the bureaucratic reshuffle.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

  1. Bipul Pathak (IAS:1992:J&K) : Principal Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
  2. Ms. Sarita Chauhan (IAS:1999:J&K) : Commissioner/Secretary, Labour Department with additional charge of Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal.
  3. Mr. Sanjeev Verma (IAS:2001:J&K) : Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
  4. Saurabh Bhagat (IAS:2002:J&K) : Director General (DG), J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development.
  5. M Raju (IAS:2005:J&K) : Commissioner/Secretary, Jal Shakti Department with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Estates Department shall also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation Department and Civil Aviation Commissioner.
  6. Dr. Piyush Singla (IAS:2012:J&K) : Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag.
  7. Mohammad Aijaz (IAS:2012:J&K) : Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar.
  8. Avny Lavasa (IAS:2013:J&K) : Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation with additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for Implementation of Smart City Mission.
  9. Anshul Garg (IAS:2013:J&K) : Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
  10. Rahul Yadav (IAS:2014:J&K) : Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.
  11. Doifode Sagar Dattatray (IAS:2014:J&K) : Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna.
  12. Krittika Jyotsna (IAS:2014:UP) : Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal.
  13. Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary (IAS:2015:J&K) : Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama.
  14. Athar Aamir Ul Shafi (IAS:2016:RJ) : Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation shall also hold the charge of Chief Executive Officer, Special Purpose Vehicle for Srinagar City for implementation of the Smart City Project under Smart City Mission.
  15. Basharat Qayoom (IAS:2016:JH) : Managing Director, Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited.
  16. Bilal Mohi-ul-din Bhat (IAS:2017:J&K) : Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam.
