The Jammu & Kashmir government on Friday issued transfer and posting orders of 14 IPS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Garib Dass (IPS:1997:JK) : IG (Hqrs), PHQ.
- Basant Kumar Rath (IPS:2000:JK) : IGP, HG/CD/SDRF
- Amit Kumar (IPS:2006:JK) : DIG (Armed), Jammu.
- Tejinder Singh (IPS:2008:JK) : AIG (Training & Policy),PHQ.
- Imtiaz Ismail Parray (IPS:2009:JK) : SSP, Crime, Kashmir
- Rayees Mohammad Bhat (IPS:2010:JK) : AIG (P&T), PHQ with additional charge of the post of AIG (Buildings), PHQ.
- Shridhar Patil (IPS:2010:JK) : SSP, Jammu.
- Sandeep Choudhary (IPS:2012:JK) : SP, Anantnag.
- Chandan Kohli (IPS:2013:JK) : SP, Rajouri.
- Ashish Kumar Mishra (IPS:2013:JK) : SP, Pulwama.
- Amritpal Singh (IPS:2014:JK) : SP, Shopian
- Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy (IPS:2014:JK) : SP, Handwara.
- Ms. P.D. Nitya (IPS:2016:JK) : SP (North), Jammu.
- Sheema Nabi Qasba (IPS:2016:JK) : SP (East), Srinagar.
