Jharkhand : Vipra Bhal appointed as Special Secretary to CM

Vipra Bhal (IAS:2006:JH) has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Chief Minister Secretariate. Presently, she is posted as Special Secretary, Rural Development Department.
