Jharkhand: Four IAS officers shifted, Amitabh Kaushal posted as Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies

The Jharkhand government on Wednesday (12.04.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Dr. Amitabh Kaushal (IAS:2001:JH), Secretary, Planning & Development, Ranchi with additional charge of Secretary, Disaster Management, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs with additional charge of Secretary, Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms.
2. Prashant Kumar (IAS:2004:JH), Secretary, Water Resources, Ranchi with additional charge of Administrator, Subernarekha Multipurpose
   Project, Jamshedpur, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Planning & Development.
3. Vipra Bhal (IAS:2006:JH), Secretary, Information Technology and E-governance, Ranchi, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Commercial Tax.
4. Chandrashekhar (IAS:2008:JH), Special Secretary, Home, Prison and Disaster Management with additional charge of Director, Primary Education, and Registration IG, has been transferred and posted as Incharge Secretary, Rural Development, Ranchi.
