The Jharkhand government has issued a transfer order for Rajiv Arun Ekka (IAS:1994:JH) by appointing him as Principal Secretary of the Panchayati Raj Department. Prior to this order, he was serving as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Home, and Disaster Management.

In this video, Rajiv Arun Ekka sits in the private office of Builder Vishal Chaudhary and handles government files. Hours after the video surfaced, the state government issued a notification in the evening removing him from the post of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
