Jharkhand: 8 IAS officers shifted, two Districts get new DCs

The Jharkhand government on Saturday initiated a significant administrative reshuffle by issuing transfer and posting orders for eight IAS officers. As part of this restructuring, new Deputy Commissioners have been appointed for two districts, namely Jamtara and Chatra.

The names of the officers and their posting details are as follows;

1. Vandana Dadel (IAS:1996:JH), Principal Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariate and Vigilance Department.
2. Manoj Kumar (IAS:2007:JH), Divisional Commissioner, Kolhan Division, Chaibasa, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Women, Child Develoment & Social Security.
3. Abu Imran (IAS:2010:JH), Deputy Commissioner, Chatra, has been transferred and posted as MD, Jharkhand Medical & Health Infrastructure Development & Procurement Corporation Limited with additional charge of Executive Director, Jharkhand State Arogya Society.
4. Shashi Bhushan Mehra (IAS:2012:JH), Deputy Commissioner, Jamtara, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department.
5. Kumud Sahay (IAS:2012:JH), Additional Secretary, School Education & Literacy, has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate & Deputy Collector, Jamtara.
6. Gholap Ramesh Gorakh (IAS:2012:JH), Joint Secretary, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate & Deputy Collector, Chatra.
7. Kiran Kumar (IAS:2013:JH), State Project Director, Jharkhand Education Project Council, has been transferred and posted as Director, Animal Husbandry.
8. Aditya Ranjan (IAS:2015:JH), Director, Animal Husbandry, has been transferred and posted as State Project Director, Jharkhand Education Project Council with additional charge of Director, Mid Day Meal and Director, JCERT.
