Jharkhand: 8 IAS officers shifted; K Srinivas posted as Secretary, Rural Development

The Jharkhand government on Monday (11.03.2024) effected a significant bureaucratic reshuffle by issuing transfer orders for eight officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. K Srinivas (IAS:2005:JH), Director, Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration, Ranchi with additional charge of Resident Commissioner, Jharkhand Bhawan, New Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Rural Development Department, Ranchi with additional charge of Director, Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration, Ranchi.
2. Chandrashekhar (IAS:2008:JH), Secretary, Rural Development Department, Ranchi with additional charge of Secretary, Rural Works Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, Ranchi with additional charge of MD, JUIDCO and MD, GRDA.
3. Balkishun Munda (IAS:2010:JH), Incharge Divisional Commissioner, South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi with additional charge of Incharge Divisional Commissioner, Palamu Division, Medininagar, has been transferred and posted as Incharge Divisional Commissioner, Palamu Division, Medininagar.
4. Anjani Kumar Mishra (IAS:2011:JH), Special Secretary, Revenue, Registration & Land Reforms, has been transferred and posted as Incharge Divisional Commissioner, South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi.
5. Sunil Kumar-II (IAS:2013:JH), Additional Secretary, Higher and Technical Education, Ranchi, has been given additional charge of Excise Commissioner, Ranchi.
6. Faiz Aq Ahmad Mumtaz (IAS:2014:JH), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Director, Horticulture with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand State Agriculture Marketing Board, Ranchi.
7. Varun Ranjan (IAS:2014:JH), MD, Jharkhand Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (JIIDCO), Ranchi, has been given additional charge of Mining Commissioner, Jharkhand, Ranchi.
8. Himanshu Mohan (IAS:2016:JH), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as CEO, Mukhyamantri Laghu Evam Kutir Udyam Vikas Board, Ranchi with additional charge of Joint Secretary, Mines and Geology Department and CEO, Tejaswini Project, Ranchi.
