J B Mohapatra gets addl. charge of Chairman, CBDT

Jagannath Bidyadhar Mohapatra (IRS-IT:1985), Member, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), has been given additional charge of the post of Chairman of CBDT as the extended tenure of the incumbent chairman
Pramod Chandra Mody (IRS-IT:1982) ended on May 31. In February, he was given third extension till May 31.

Mohapatra will discharge the duties and responsibilities of the post of Chairman for a period of three months or till appointment of a regular Chairman.
