The tenure of Pradeep Singh Kharola (Retd.IAS:1985:KL) as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Indian Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) in the rank and pay of Secretary has been extended for period of one year on contract basis. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (04.07.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved to extend Pradeep Singh Kharola’s tenure beyond 19.10.2024 i.e. up to 19.10.2025 or until further orders.
Pradeep Singh Kharola will continue to hold the additional charge of the posts of Chairman, National Recruitment Agency and Director General, National Testing Agency till the appointment of regular incumbent or until further orders.
