The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), on Monday, cleared the appointment of as many as three officers as Vice-President in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. They will serve till 62 years of age.
They are :
- Rajpal Yadav, Judicial Member
- Mahavir Singh, Judicial Member
- Sushma Chowla, Judicial Member
