IPS officer Shalini Agnihotri (IPS:2012:HP), who was recommended for central deputation by the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy, Delhi, for four years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (28.05.2025), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Ms Agnihotri to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
