Astha Modi (IPS:2013:HY) has been inducted into the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as Superintendent of Police (SP) for a tenure of five years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (September 12, 2025), the competent authority approved her induction on deputation basis for an initial period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
