The deputation tenure of Nitin Deep Blaggan (IPS:2003:RJ) as Joint Director, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been extended for two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (18.07.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the DoPT to extend the deputation tenure of Nitin Deep Blaggan for two years beyond 08.10.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
