IPS Hari Prasath S appointed DIG in NSG

IPS officer Hari Prasath S (IPS:2010:BH), currently serving as Joint Director in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVP NPA), Hyderabad, has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG), National Security Guard (NSG), on lateral shift basis. According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Monday (30.12.2024), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Hari Prasath on lateral shift basis from the date of joining the post and up to January 16, 2027 i.e. his remaining deputation tenure or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
