IPS officer Abid Khan (IPS:2010:MP) has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) for five years. According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Saturday (04.01.2025), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Khand as CISF DIG for a period of five years on deputation basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
