ICoAS : Three officers promoted to Principal Adviser grade

Three officers of Indian Cost Accounts Service (ICoAS) have been promoted to the grade of Principal Adviser for the panel year of 2020.

They are ;

2. Suresh Kumar Goyal
3. Vinod Kumar Jindal
