The discussions at the conclave were centered on future inductions in the ICG, aligning with the principles of ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat,’ refining HR policies for more inclusive career development, and incorporating advanced technology to improve the service’s capabilities and capacity.
In his inaugural address, Director General Rakesh Pal emphasized that the Subordinate Officers’ Conclave aligns with the Prime Minister’s vision of promoting innovative ideas to ensure the inclusive growth of the service, emphasizing ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, aur Sabka Prayas.’
The ICG’s commitment goes beyond empowering and broadening the horizons of subordinate officers; it also provides a platform for them to share their innovative ideas and thought processes with the decision-making authorities within the service.
