Sanjiv Kumar (IAS: 1992: AGMUT), currently serving as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, has been granted a one-year extension to his central deputation tenure. This extension was formally approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, as per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday, October 30, 2023.
As a result of this extension, Mr. Kumar’s deputation tenure now spans from November 9, 2023, to November 8, 2024, unless further orders are issued before that date.
