IAS officer Praveen P Nair (IAS:2010:TN) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister for Education for five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (01.07.2024), the competent authority approved the proposal to appoint Praveen P Nair to the post of Private Secretary for five years with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or co-terminus basis or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever event occurs the earliest.
