Pawan Yadav (IAS:2014:MN), who is presently on compulsory wait in the Ministry of Power, has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (01.07.2024), the central government has approved the appointment of Pawan Yadav to the post for a tenure up to 02.04.2027 with effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post or until further orders whichever is earlier.
