IAS officer Shahzad Alam gets inter-cadre transfer to AGMUT cadre

The central government has ordered inter-cadre transfer of Shahzad Alam (IAS:2019:HP) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to AGMUT cadre on grounds of marriage with IPS officer Bisma Qazi (IPS:2017:AGMUT) from AGMUT cadre.
