IAS officer Rajesh Agarwal returns to his parent cadre Manipur

Rajesh Agarwal (IAS:1994:MN), Executive Director, India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), Ministry of Commerce and Industry has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on the request of Government of Manipur.
