IAS Officer Krishna Kumar Dwivedi returns to parent cadre on Assam Government’s request

Krishna Kumar Dwivedi (IAS:1996:AM), who served as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, has been repatriated to his parent cadre. The Department of Personnel and Training issued an order on Friday, November 3, 2023, announcing that the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved Mr. Dwivedi’s repatriation to his parent cadre based on the Assam government’s request, along with the imposition of an extended cooling-off period.
