Killu Sivakumar Naidu (IAS:2011:TG), currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Heavy Industries, has been repatriated to his parent cadre of Telangana ahead of schedule. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued an order on Saturday, August 12, 2023, to formalize this decision.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has granted approval for Mr. Naidu’s repatriation to his parent cadre. This action has been taken on administrative grounds and is subject to an extended cooling-off period as specified in the conditions.
