The Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Limited has approved the appointment of Baldev Singh (IAS:1989:MH) as Nominee Director (Additional) at its general meeting held on Thursday, said the PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges. Presently, he is posted in the cadre as Principal Secretary, Department of Industries.
