Lingraj Panda (IAS:2015:OD) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy for four years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (03.07.2024), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Lingraj Panda to the post under the central staffing scheme for four years from the date of taking over the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
