IAS Harikesh Meena appointed Director in Skill Development Ministry

IAS Officer Harikesh Meena (IAS:2012:HP) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Delhi.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (March 23, 2026), the competent authority has approved his appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

He is currently serving in his cadre as Special Secretary in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Himachal Pradesh.
