Chandrabhushan Kumar (IAS:1995:AGMUT) has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena. Kumar was posted as Additional Secretary, Agriculture ministry, Government of India on central deputation and has been repatriated to the parent cadre.

Greater NOIDA Authority CEO, Surender Singh (IAS:2005:UP) was appointed as Secretary to Lt. Governor, Delhi. He was recently sent on central deputation to AGMUT cadre for a period of three years. The proposal to shift Singh to AGMUT cadre on central deputation was cleared on September 23.
