The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has announced the appointment of three Independent Directors on its Board. As per three separate orders issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), the Board of Director of HUDCO have approved the appointments of Dr Ravindra Kumar Ray, Sabitha Bojan and Dr Siyaram Singh as the Independent Director on the Board of the company with effect from November 22, for a period of three years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This information has been shared by the HUDCO in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Tuesday.
