The Himachal Pradesh on August 20 issued transfer and posting orders for six IAS officers.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- Kamlesh Kumar Pant (IAS:1993:HP), on return from Central Deputation, has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Forest, with additional charge of Financial Commissioner (Appeals).
- Dr. Abhishek Jain (IAS:2002:HP), Secretary, Digital Technologies and Governance, with additional charge of the posts of Secretary, Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics, 20 Point Programme, Labour & Employment, YSS and Printing & Stationery, has been relieved of the additional charges of Secretary Labour & Employment, YSS and Printing & Stationery.
- M Sudha Devi (IAS:2003:HP), Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Personnel.
- Ms. Priyanka Basu Ingty (IAS:2004:HP), awaiting positing orders, has been posted as Secretary, Labour & Employment, Printing & Stationery, Fisheries and Youth Services & Sports.
- Rakesh Kanwar (IAS:2007:HP), Secretary, Education, Animal Husbandry and Language, Art & Culture, with additional charge of Secretary, Information & Public Relations, SAD, SWD and Parliamentary Affairs and Secretary to CM, has been given additional charge of Secretary, MPP & Power and NCES.
- Rajesh Sharma (IAS:2008:HP), Secretary to Governor with additional charges of Secretary, Lokayukta and Secretary, Human Rights Commission, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj. He shall continue to hold the additional charge of the posts of Secretary, Lokayukta and Secretary, Human Rights Commission.
