HP: Nine IAS officers shifted

The Himachal Pradesh government on Tuesday (27.06.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for nine IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Manasi Sahay Thakur (IAS:2009:HP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Labour Commissioner-cum-Director, Employment, Shimla.
2. Rohan Chand Thakur (IAS:2009:HP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Transport Corporation (HRTC), Shimla.
3. Sandeep Kumar (IAS:2010:HP), Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Transport Corporation (HRTC), Shimla, has been transferred and posted Special Secretary, Technical Education, Shimla.
4. Rakesh Sharma Prajapati (IAS:2012:HP), Director, Industries, Shimla, has been given additional charge of the post of Managing Director, General Industries Corporation Ltd., Shimla.
5. Pankaj Rai (IAS:2014:HP), Special Secretary, Education with additional charge of Special Secretary, Planning, has been relieved from the additional charge of the post of Special Secretary (Planning), Shimla.
6. Shubh Karan Singh (IAS:2015:HP), Special Secretary, Technicl Education, Shimla, with additional charge of CEO, HIMURJA, Shimla, shall henceforth work as CEO, HIMURJA.
7. Amit Kumar (IAS:2016:HP), Director (Personnel & Finance), HP Power Corporation Ltd. Shimla with additional charge of the posts of Additional Controller of Stores, Department of Industries and Director (Personnel & Finance), HP State Electricity Board Ltd., Shimla, shall henceforth function as Director (Personnel & Finance), HP State Electricity Board Ltd., Shimla, with additional charge of Additional Controller of Stores, Department of Industries, Shimla.
8. Shivam Pratap Singh (IAS:2017:HP), Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Shimla, has been transferred and posted as Director (Personnel &Finance), HP Power Corporation Ltd., Shimla.
9. Abhishek Verma (IAS:2018:HP), Managing Director, General Industries Corporation Ltd., Shimla, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Shimla.
