HP: 20 IAS officers transferred, Nisha Singh is ACS Rural Development

In a major administrative reshuffle, the Himachal Pradesh government transferred 20 Indian Administrative Service officers and 1 Indian Forest Service officer on Tuesday (12.04.2022).

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Nisha Singh (IAS:1987:HP): Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development, Panchayat Raj, Administrative Reforms and Training & Foreign Assignments.
2. Bharat Khera (IAS:1995:HP): Advisor, Regulatory Reforms at New Delhi, Principal Secretary, PWD, Home & Vigilance, GAD, SAD, Sainik Welfare, Parliamentary Affairs.
3. Dr. Rajneesh (IAS:1997:HP): Advisor, Industries & Urban Affairs at New Delhi, Principal Secretary, Forests, Education and Information Technology.
4. Subhasish Panda (IAS:1997:HP): Advisor, Infrastructure & Tourism, Principal Secretary to CM and Principal Secretary, Excise & Taxation, Information & Public Relations and Health & Family Welfare.
5. Amitabh Avasthi (IAS:2004:HP): Secretary, Horticulture and Technical Education.
6. Capt. (Retd) J M Panthania (IAS:2008:HP): Director (Personnel & Finance), H P State Electricity Board Ltd.
7. Vinod Kumar (IAS:2009:HP): Managing Director, Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Dharamshala, Kangra District.
8. Sudesh Kumar Mokhta (IAS:2010:HP): Director-cum-Ex-Officio-Special (Revenue-Disaster Management) with additional charges of the posts of Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Limited (HPMC), Shimla and Project Director, HP Horticulture Development Society, Shimla.
9. Lalit Jain (IAS:2011:HP): Director, Environment, Science & Technology with additional charge of Member Secretary, HP State Council for Science Technology & Environment (HIMCOSTE), Shimla.
10. Harikesh Meena (IAS:2012:HP): Director, Energy will also hold the charge of Managing Director, HP Power Corporation Ltd.
11. Rajeshwar Goel (IAS:2012:HP): Managing Director, HP State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.
12. Manmohan Sharma (IAS:2013:HP): Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director, Shimla Smart City Ltd will also hold the charge of Managing Director, Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Ltd. (SJPNL), Shimla.
13. Rupali Thakur (IAS:2014:HP): Director, Urban Development.
14. Rima Kashyap (IAS:2015:HP): Managing Director, HP Agro Industries Corporation Ltd with additional charge of Managing Director, HP Agro-Industrial Packaging India Ltd, Shimla.
