HP: 13 IAS officers shifted, Priyatu Mandal posted as Secretary, Rural Development

The Himachal Pradesh government on Sunday (15.01.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for thirteen IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Priyatu Mandal (IAS:2006:HP): Secretary, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj with additional charges of Divisional Commissioner, Shimla Division and MD, HP Finance Corporation.
2. Pradeep Kumar Thakur (IAS:2014:HP): Director, Department of Empowerment of SCs, OBCs, Minorities and Specially Abled with additional charge of MD, HP Minorities Finance and Development Corporation, Shimla.
3. Anurag Chander (IAS:2016:HP): Commissioner, Dharamshala Municipal Corporation, Dharamshala, Kangra District with additional charge of CEO-cum-MD, Dharamshala Smart City Ltd., Dharamshala, Kangra District.
4. Dr. Amit Kumar (IAS:2016:HP): Director, Personnel & Finance, HP Power Corporation Ltd., Shimla.
5. Jatin Lal (IAS:2016:HP): MD, Kaushal Vikas Nigam, Shimla with additional charge of MD, HP Handicrafts & Handloom Corporation, Shimla.
6. Ms. Gandharva Rathore (IAS:2016:HP): Settlement Officer, Kangra Division at Dharamshala, Kangra District.
7. Saurabh Jassal (IAS:2018:HP): Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Kangra at Dharamshala.
8. Dr. (Ms.) Nidhi Patel (IAS:2018:HP): Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Bilaspur.
