Home Secretary Ashok Kumar Bhalla gets addl. charge of Secretary, DoPT

Ashok Kumar Bhalla (IAS:1984:AM), Home Secretary, has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) with immediate effect and till appointment of a regular incumbent.
