Hira Ballabh (IRAS:1992) has been appointed to the post of Director (Finance), Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) for a period of five years. Presently, he is serving as Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, Northern Railway.
