Himachal Pradesh: Harbans Singh Brascon gets addl charges of four departments as Spl Secretary

Harbans Singh Brascon (IAS:2015:HP), Special Secretary, PWD with additional charge of Special Secretary, State Taxes & Excise, shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Special Secretary, SAD, GAD, SWD and Parliamentary Affairs.
