Senior diplomat Hemant H Kotalwar (IFS:1996), currently serving as India’s Ambassador to the Czech Republic, has been named as the next Ambassador to Finland, as announced by the Ministry of External Affairs on Tuesday. He is anticipated to assume his new responsibilities in the near future.
