V. Umashankar (IAS:1993:HY), Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana, CEO, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran and Pricipal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Citizen Resources Information Department will look after the charge of Principal Secretary, Finance & Planning Department in addition to his present duties, during the leave period of T.V.S.N Prasad (IAS:1988:HY).
