Haryana : V Umashankar gets addl. charge of Administrative Secretary, CM Window

V Umashankar (IAS:1993:HY), Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana, Principal Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department and Principal Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department has been assigned additional charge of Administrative Secretary of CM Window.
