The Haryana government on Friday transferred IAS officer Uttam Singh (IAS:2015:HY) and posted him as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Palwal and District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal ; DTO-cum-Secretary, RTA, Palwal. Earlier, he was posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner Sirsa.
