Haryana: Two IAS officers shifted

Haryana transfers IAS officers Vijayendra Kumar and Dusmanta Kumar Behera to key posts, including ACS Sainik Welfare and Secretary to Governor.

The Haryana government on Monday (August 11, 2025) issued transfer and posting orders for two senior IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

Vijayendra Kumar (IAS:1995:HY), currently Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperation Department; Officer on Special Duty for the proposed Haryana Income Enhancement Board; and Additional Chief Secretary (Appointments), Personnel Department, has been assigned additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department.
Dusmanta Kumar Behera (IAS:2007:HY), serving as Director General, Development & Panchayats and Secretary, Development & Panchayats Department; Director General, Industries & Commerce and Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department; and Director General, MSME, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Governor, Haryana, while retaining the charge of Director General, Development & Panchayats and Secretary, Development & Panchayats Department.
