Haryana transfers 15 IAS/HCS officers; Pankaj Yadav gets additional charge of Haryana Water Resources Authority

The Haryana Government on Friday (July 3, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for 15 IAS/HCS officers with immediate effect. The reshuffle includes the assignment of additional charges, postings of Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and senior departmental secretaries.

The officers transferred and posted are:

1. Pankaj Yadav (IAS:2001:HY), Principal Secretary, Cooperation Department, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and Principal Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, has been given additional charge of Chairperson, Haryana Water Resources Authority.
2. Sanjay Joon (IAS:2003:HY), Director General, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare and Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department; Commissioner, Faridabad Division; and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Faridabad Division and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh.
3. Ravi Prakash Gupta (IAS:2007:HY), Secretary, Urban Estate Department and Commissioner, Gurugram Division, has been transferred abd posted as Commissioner, Gurugram Division, relieving him of the charge of Secretary, Urban Estate Department.
4. Rajiv Rattan (IAS:2008:HY), Director General, Science & Technology and Commissioner, Karnal Division, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Karnal Division, relieving him of the charge of Director General, Science & Technology.
5. Dhirendra Khadgata (IAS:2012:HY), Special Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department; Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad; and Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Smart City Limited, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Smart City Limited, relieving him of the charge of Special Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department.
6. Shakti Singh (IAS:2012:HY), Managing Director, Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills, has been given additional charge of Director, State Audit Department.
7. Sachin Gupta (IAS:2018:HY), Additional Secretary, Irrigation & Water Resources Department and Managing Director, HSMITC; Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak; Additional Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak; and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak; Additional Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak; and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak, relieving him of the charge of Additional Secretary, Irrigation & Water Resources Department and Managing Director, HSMITC.
8. Aparajita (IAS:2018:HY), Additional Secretary, Fisheries Department and Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal., relieving her of the charge of Additional Secretary, Fisheries Department.
9. Satyender Duhan (IAS:2018:HY), Director, Skill Development & Industrial Training and Additional Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak; District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak; Director, Skill Development & Industrial Training; and Additional Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department.
10. Saloni Sharma (IAS:2019:HY), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karnal, has been given additional charge of District Municipal Commissioner, Karnal.
11. Samwarta Singh Khangwal (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Secretary, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department; Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication; and Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurugram, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department and Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Haryana, relieving him of the charge of Director, SCERT, Gurugram.
12. Abhinav Siwach (IAS:2023:HY), Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Bahadurgarh and District Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Bahadurgarh, relieving him of the charge of District Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar.
13. Tarun Kumar Pawaria (HCS:2011), Joint Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department and Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resource Information Officer, Mahendragarh, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resource Information Officer, Mahendragarh, relieving him of the charge of Joint Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department.
14.
