Haryana govt transfers 4 IPS officers, Ajay Singhal is new DGP, Vigilance & ACB

The Haryana government on Monday (December 1, 2025) issued transfer and posting orders for four senior IPS officers. In this reshuffle, Ajay Singhal has been appointed as Director, State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, while the incumbent, Alok Mittal, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Police Housing Corporation.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Ajay Singhal (IPS:1992:HY), DG, Human Rights & Litigation, has been transferred and posted as DGP, State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau.
2. Alok Mittal (IAS:1993:HY),DGP, State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau with additional charge of Resident Commissioner, Haryana, has been transferred and posted as MD, Haryana Police Housing Corporation with additional charge of Resident Commissioner, Haryana.
3. Navdeep Singh Virk (IPS:1994:HY), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as ADGP, Haryana State Enforcement Bureau and Director Vigilance & Security, HPUs (H), Panchkula.
4. Kala Ramachandran (IPS:1994:HY), awaiting posting orders, ADGP, Human Rights & Litigation.
