Haryana govt effects bureaucratic reshuffle; Monica Malik appointed Commission, Rohtak Division

The Haryana government on Thursday (June 25, 2026) effected an administrative reshuffle, transferring and posting IAS, IFoS and HCS officers across the state. Among the key changes, Monica Malik (IAS:2009:HY) has been appointed Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Monica Malik (IAS:2009:HY), Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Member Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Women and Managing Director, Haryana Women Development Corporation Limited, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.
2. Prabhjot Singh (IAS:2010:HY), Director General, Technical Education, has been transferred and posted as Director General, State Transport.
3. S Narayanan (IFoS:1997:HY), Director General, Higher Education and Secretary, Haryana, Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Environment and Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department.
4. Virender Kumar Dahiya (IAS:2013:HY), Director, Environment, Special Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department and Director, State Transport, has been transferred and posted as Director, Higher Education, Haryana and Special Secretary, Higher Education Department. He has also been given charge of Director, Technical Education.
5. Niraj (IAS:2019:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Hisar; Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar and Additional CEO, SPV for Integrated Manufacturing Cluster at Hisar, has been transferred and posted as Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad.
6. Saloni Sharma (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karnal.
7. Hitesh Kumar Meena (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Secretary, Public Works (B&R) Department and Additional Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran, has been given additional charge of Additional Secretary, Finance Department.
8. C Jayasharadha (IAS:2020:HY), awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Hisar; Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar and Additional CEO, SPV for Integrated Manufacturing Cluster at Hisar.
9. Kushal Kataria (HCS:2013), Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurugram, has been given additional charge of Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram.
10. Pankaj Kumar (HCS:2014), CEO, Kurukshetra Development Board, Kurukshetra, has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Urban Local Bodies. He has also been given additional charge of Joint Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department.
11. Dr Subhash Chander (HCS:2016), City Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA). He has also been given the charge of Joint Director (Administration), Hospitality Department.
12. Manav Malik (HCS:2019), Inquiry Officer, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula, has been given additional charge of Joint Director, Information, Public Relations & Languages.
13. Manish Kumar Yadav (HCS:2019), awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Guhla.
14. Gurvinder Singh (HCS:2023), on reinstatement, has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Pehowa.
15. Arpit Gahlawat (HCS:2023), Joint Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) and Joint Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat, Haryana Health Protection Authority, has been transferred and posted as District Registrar, Firms and Societies, Gurugram.
16. Sapna Yadav (HCS:2023), Joint Director (Administration), HIPA, Gurugram, has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram.
17. Myank Verma (HCS:2023), Joint State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad, has been given additional charge of Joint Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat, Haryana Health Protection Authority.
18. Suresh (HCS:2024), Joint Director (Administration), Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar (Nuh), has been transferred and posted as City Magistrate, Karnal.
